Houston’s Empower Living LLC is a community-based service provider dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered, family-focused services. Our mission is to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives while honoring their unique strengths, goals, and choices.

We provide Coordinated Family Support (CFS) services designed to strengthen natural supports, promote skill development, and enhance community integration. Our approach emphasizes collaboration with individuals, families, and service teams to ensure supports are responsive, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs.
